Telephone systems

TIECOM is an accredited agent, dealer and installer of the NEC range of NEAX systems. Our primary customer base for Telephony systems are small to medium businesses, with handset numbers from 10-200, although some of our customers have beyond 2,000 handsets.

Along with switching equipment TIECOM also supply the various peripheral product that complement a modern day Telephone System; Computer based consoles, Wireless handsets, Voice mail, Billing and Call Centre systems

With TIECOM'S long history of involvement in the installation of telephony systems many customers contract us to provide additions, moves, changes and relocations to their existing systems. We often trade in older systems and have access to parts to a variety of models.
